Retrica Digicam & Retro Film Camera

Retrica is a retro camera app that applies digicam and film filters live, before you press the shutter. What you see in the viewfinder is what gets saved. 380+ presets, 260+ of them free.

#Digicam, Y2K & Film Looks
- Digicam presets: saturated color, blown highlights, and the low-light grain of early 2000s digital cameras
- Faded film: muted tones and soft contrast, close to a disposable or lomo roll
- Cinematic: teal and amber color grading with a widescreen feel
- Warm analog: incandescent glow and golden highlights for interiors and evening light
- Monochrome: high-contrast black and white with film grain
- Bright and clean: modern presets for everyday shots

#Real-Time Capture
- Live preview: every filter is applied through the viewfinder, not after the fact
- Tap to switch presets while framing your shot
- Light leaks, film grain, and vignette for an authentic lo-fi finish
- Timer, burst mode, flash, and front camera support

#380+ Presets, 260+ Free
- Most of the library works without a subscription
- Save photos and video with no watermark
- Favorites: keep the presets you use most within reach
- Premium unlocks the full library and exclusive preset packs

#Collage & Studio
- Collage maker: multi-frame layouts with retro stamps, vignettes, and grain
- Apply a different preset to each frame
- Double Exposure: blend two shots into one film-style image
- Studio editor: fine-tune exposure, color, and detail on any shot
- AI Beauty: natural retouching that works alongside any preset

Whether you shoot for a dispo look, a polaroid feel, a VHS mood, or a 35mm film tone, Retrica covers the range. Retrica launched the first real-time camera filter in 2012 and has passed 600 million downloads.

The only problem I am having is suddenly the photos I take are somewhat grainy. The outlines rather than being smooth, as they were at the start, are slightly distorted. EDIT: It only looks grainy after taking the pic but when I open the photo in the gallery it is perfectly clear. The only issue I have now, the photo flips after I take a pic. kinda like a mirror effect. Last reviewed this on 5/29/14.....just installed again and it's instantly forcing you to purchase a $10 package. 1 star.

I have HAD IT with this Frenchin' app! If I could give this thing less than 1 star, I definitely would. This used to be one of my favorite photo filter apps. But, lately, I can't even save a photo without the damn Premium ad popping up and not even saving the damn photo! So, okay, you're meaning to tell me that in order to save any more photos (Even from the FREE filters), I gotta pay Premium? NOPE, thanks but no thanks! It was fun while it lasted, but it's time to part ways.

The app has Free filters such as Azra, Ava, & many more but for an ad-free experience on our app, you need to purchase a Retrica Premium subscription. Please note that if you use a Premium filter, and you are not subscribed, the photo will not be saved or shared. We hope that you can enjoy the app again in the future

10000 ANNOYED The app will not save your photos if you do not give payment info. I got to my first photo & every single photo after that takes me to an ad & then to the payment screen. I would get off that screen & go to gallery to see my pictures & they are not there. The app has no cute stamps & it difficult to figure out because it is nothing like the 2017 version. This version is the biggest rip off & I am so disappointed in the fact that all they care about is money & not photos.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the app. You can use the app for free, it has many free filters such as Azra, Fab, Suji, and more. You get an ad when you use free filters but the photo will be saved. To enjoy an ad-free experience on our app and have access to all filters, you need to purchase a Retrica premium subscription. Thank you.
